How much is my shipping?

We offer free shipping starting from €69,00. Shipping fee depends on country of destination, please see the shipping cart and check your country to get postage cost and amount of order to be eligible for free shipping.

Expedited shipping via UPS is free in Europe starting from €99,00.
Russia, USA and Canada has free express service from €150,00.
Rest of World from €200,00.

You are always able to choose an express delivery and the price depends on country of destination and order’s amount. High value orders will be shipped with express courier for free.

When will my order ship?

Every product in stock is ready to be shipped. Orders placed before 12 am (CET) from Monday to Friday will normally be sent out the same day. Orders placed after 12 am (CET), Saturday, Sunday and holidays will be sent out the first business day after. 

When will my order arrive?

Delivery time for international orders depends on country and service chose. Take a look at this table to know the estimated delivery time. Please note that customs could make longer delivery time. We will send you a notification when your pack will be shipped with all information to track it.

Do I pay VAT?

If you are inside European Community you will pay the price includes VAT.

Do I pay duties/customs?

If you are inside European Community you will not charged with extra cost.
If you are outside European Community your country’s government or customs office may charge you a customs duty or import tax. Rates vary by country. You are responsible for paying customs fee. We are not responsible for any customs fees charged.
