Yes, we ship worldwide.

How much is my shipping?

We offer free shipping starting from €79,00. Shipping fee depends on country of destination, please see the shipping chart and check your country to get postage cost and amount of order to be eligible for free shipping.

When will my order ship? 

Every product in stock is ready to be shipped. Orders placed before 12 am (CET) from Monday to Friday will normally be sent out the same day. Orders placed after 12 am (CET), Saturday, Sunday and holidays will be sent out the first business day after. 

When will my order arrive? 

Delivery time for international orders depends on country and shipping service. Take a look at this table to know the estimated delivery time. Please note that customs could make longer delivery time. We will send you a notification when your pack will be shipped with all information to track it. 

Do I pay VAT? 

If you are inside European Community you will pay the price includes VAT. If you are outside European Community you will pay the price VAT excluded. Our system automatically adds or removes VAT based on the country of destination (see the flag in the header to check if the country is set properly).

Do I pay duties/customs? 

If you are inside European Community you will not charged with extra cost. If you are outside European Community your country’s government or customs office may charge you a customs duty or import tax. Rates vary by country. You are responsible for paying customs fee. We are not responsible for any customs fees charged.

In case of multiple orders, we will ship them in a single package. If you want to receive the orders separately for reasons related to customs, we need to receive a note with the order. There is a space for notes at the moment of checkout, when you choose the shipping service.
