Hobonichi 5 Year Techo A5 Size 2026-2030

The Hobonichi 5-Year Techo A5 (2026–2030) is a planner designed to accompany you for five consecutive years, offering ample space to record thoughts, memories, and everyday life. The textured brown cover with the years foil-pressed in gold and the dark brown bookmark give it a refined appearance that works beautifully even without an additional cover.

Each page uses the same 3.7 mm graph paper as the Hobonichi Techo Cousin A5, perfect for writing or drawing. The Tomoe River paper is thin yet durable, providing a smooth writing experience while handling ink exceptionally well. The cream-colored pages and charcoal gray print ensure comfortable reading and writing.

On each spread, the left page shows the same date for five years in a row, with weekdays written in Japanese. Thanks to the A5 size, you’ll have plenty of room to write as much as you want, use thicker pens, or add sketches and decorations. The right page is blank, offering space for extended notes, pasted items, or messages to your future self. At the bottom of each page, a daily Japanese quote from past Hobonichi articles adds an inspirational touch.

The thread-stitch binding allows the book to lay completely flat, like a dictionary, for comfortable writing. At the front are five-year calendars, while the back includes additional pages such as “A Year Per Page,” “Gifts,” “Addresses,” “My Lists,” “My Favorite Things,” and “Personal Notes” (in Japanese).

The planner comes in a turquoise blue paper box, along with a user manual and a test sheet of Tomoe River paper so you can try out pens and inks before use.
