The Hobonichi Leather: Taut (Gray & Light Blue) A5 [Cover Only] is a sleek, compact leather cover designed to wrap around your planner with a clean, minimalist style. It does not include dual pen holders/closure, and even the pockets have been minimized to keep the cover as thin as possible, making it the most streamlined way to carry your Hobonichi Techo.

The leather used is Seta Double, tanned by the Italian company Poletto. This European hide is chrome-tanned, giving it a slightly matte yet luminous finish. The name “Seta,” Italian for silk, reflects the silky-smooth texture and natural elegance of this material. Thanks to its fine grain, scuff marks are less visible, preserving its refined look.

The dual-tone design combines a warm gray front with a cool light blue back, created through a specialized process on a single piece of leather. The result is a cover that feels soft to the touch and carries a contemporary appeal.

When closed, the cover highlights its defining feature: the techo looks sleek and taut, with no excess bulk. On the right side is a pen hook, designed to securely hold a pen by its clip.
