The Leonardo Momento Zero Grande Pura marks the return of one of the most requested collections from the Italian brand. Following the success of the previous edition, the Pura line comes back in Red, Grey and Petrol with a refined frosted finish.

The body is crafted from satin transparent resin, achieved through a quartz crystal sandblasting process. This treatment creates a velvety surface that softly diffuses light, enhancing the depth and richness of the color.

The design follows the iconic proportions of the Momento Zero Grande, introducing a distinctive detail: instead of the traditional three metal rings on the cap, it features a metal cap band engraved with a three-dimensional pantograph technique. The engraving recalls Greek Geometric Art (900–700 BC), creating an elegant contrast between the pen’s smooth curves and the structured geometry of the decoration.

The Pura Red & Gold version showcases a deep and intense red tone, softened by the frosted finish into a warm, velvety and contemporary shade. Gold trims enhance brightness and emphasize the model’s strong character.

This configuration is fitted with a steel #8 nib paired with an ebonite feed. The larger nib size provides greater visual presence and a more substantial writing feel, while the ebonite feed ensures stable and consistent ink flow, particularly suited for broader strokes.

The pen features an integrated piston filling system, entirely produced in Leonardo’s workshops, with an ink capacity of approximately 1.5 ml. The mechanism can be disassembled using Leonardo’s dedicated steel wrench for long-term maintenance.
