The Leonardo Momento Zero Pausilya & Gold fountain pen showcases one of the new Momento Zero materials through a refined interplay of color and light inspired by the Neapolitan landscape. A project entirely Made in Italy, translating place and atmosphere into writing form.
Pausilya comes from the ancient Greek Pausilypon, meaning “relief from worries”, the original name of Posillipo. A location where sea and hills merge, reflected in the pen’s amber and green hues.
Designed in 2017, the Leonardo Momento Zero pays tribute to Italian fountain pens of the 1930s. Its identity is defined by the three cap bands, the signature rolling wheel clip, and the conical ends, reinterpreted with modern craftsmanship.
The gold trims enhance the warmth and depth of the resin, giving this version a rich and elegant presence. The steel nib ensures a smooth, consistent writing experience, ideal for everyday use.
The pen supports standard international cartridges and converter. The included screw-in converter can be refilled either by unscrewing the barrel or by turning the knob at the end, simulating a piston filling action.
A refined writing instrument where Italian tradition meets contemporary design.
