The Pilot Capless Special Alloy Matte Silver joins the new Pilot Capless Digital Tech collection, a series that reimagines one of Pilot's most iconic fountain pens with contemporary finishes inspired by technology and modern design.

Known as the Pilot Vanishing Point in many international markets, the Capless was the world's first mass-produced retractable fountain pen. Its innovative push-button mechanism extends and retracts the nib with a simple click, combining the convenience of a ballpoint pen with the unique writing experience of a fountain pen.

This version features a stainless steel nib, designed to provide a reliable, precise and exceptionally smooth writing experience. It is available with Fine or Medium nibs and accepts Pilot ink cartridges or the CON-40 converter (sold separately).
