Delta Paestum is a fountain pen inspired by one of the most extraordinary archaeological sites in the Mediterranean. Conceived as a tribute to the greatness of Magna Graecia, it celebrates the artistic, historical, and symbolic legacy of ancient Poseidonia, later known as Roman Paestum, transforming writing into a dialogue with history.
Every detail of the pen has been designed to evoke the most iconic elements of this remarkable UNESCO World Heritage site. Among its strongest references is the famous Tomb of the Diver, one of the most important surviving examples of ancient Greek painting and a powerful symbol of knowledge, transition, and the mystery of existence. The pen also pays homage to the majestic Doric temples and the archaeological treasures that have made Paestum renowned throughout the world.
The special hand-turned resin combines the colors of the sea with the tones of the stones found throughout the Archaeological Park, creating an elegant balance between luminous blues, warm beige shades, and earthy nuances. The upper decorative band on the cap faithfully reproduces the characteristic entablature of the Temple of Neptune, while the lower cap band recalls decorative elements from the frescoes of the Tomb of the Diver. A decorative ring on the barrel is inspired by the olive branches traditionally worn by the ancient Greeks, while the barrel itself features the classic Greek ornamental pattern known as the Greek key motif. All metal components are finished with a luxurious 24-karat gold plating.
