After the great success of Taccia Ukiyo-e fountain pen inks, the Japanese company is proud to introduce a collection of fountain pens inspired by the most popular prints from Japan: Taccia Ukiyo-e Urushi.
The first series includes three hand-made fountain pens by local Urushi maker artists. Every pen is inspired by Hokusai and from the color of Taccia fountain pen ink made with his opera.
Taccia Ukiyo-e Hokusai Sabimidori Green Urushi design came from the scabbard of Japanese Samurai sword. It is a perfect cylindric made with precious and high-quality ebonite. The green shade between silver and gold powders is the Taccia Sabimidori ink color from the opera "The Village of Sekiya on the Sumida River" of Hokusai.
The fountain pen is fitted by a 14 KT gold nib made by Sailor with the Taccia logo. The pen in fact accepts only original Sailor converter and cartridges.
It comes with a wood box and a printed sleeve with the Hiroshige opera. The box contains fountain pen, Taccia Ukiyo-e Hokusai Sabimidori ink bottle and a Kimono pen wrap for 1 pen.
