Nagasawa Kobe Monogatari Taisanji Yellow is a fountain pen ink inspired by the rural landscapes surrounding one of Kobe’s oldest temples. The Kobe Ink Monogatari collection was created by the historic Nagasawa Bungu Center, a renowned Japanese stationery store founded in 1882, with the idea of expressing the districts, landscapes, and atmosphere of the port city through color.

The inks of the Kobe Monogatari series are developed by Nagasawa and produced in Japan, offering smooth writing, rich tones, and beautiful shading that enhance every stroke of the pen.

Taisanji Yellow takes its name from Taisanji Temple, traditionally said to have been founded in 716 and located in the Nishi Ward of Kobe, one of the greenest areas of the city. In this region, the busy urban scenery gives way to peaceful countryside landscapes.

During the harvest season, the rice fields surrounding the temple turn into a golden landscape of ripened rice ears gently bending under their weight. This ink reflects that moment with a warm golden yellow inspired by the color of rice ready for harvest.

Nagasawa Kobe Monogatari Taisanji Yellow is a bright and elegant fountain pen ink, perfect for those who appreciate warm natural tones and wish to bring the calm atmosphere of the Japanese countryside to their writing.
