The Gravitas Greasing Oil is the lubrication solution developed by Gravitas specifically for maintaining the moving parts of its fountain pen filling systems.
Featuring a highly fluid liquid consistency, this lubricant is designed to reduce friction and mechanical resistance, ensuring smoother operation of internal components during everyday use.
It is especially recommended for advanced Gravitas filling systems such as the Monster Kraken filler, the piston head used in Vac and Piston models, and the Kakari double o-ring mechanism.
Unlike silicone grease, Gravitas Greasing Oil is formulated primarily to lubricate and improve movement rather than provide sealing properties. For this reason, it is not recommended for sealing threads or eyedropper conversions, where Gravitas Silicone Grease remains the preferred solution.
